How do I claim a job a tradie completed at my home?: If a tradie on Tracehome finished work at your place, you’ll get an invite with a claim link. Open it, sign in (or create a free account), and the job’s details attach to your property. Lost the link? Email us and we’ll help.
How much does it cost?: The core dashboard is free for one property, with a daily cap on document uploads and AI messages. Tracehome Pro lifts both caps and adds unlimited properties. See the pricing page.
Can I ask Claude or ChatGPT about my home?: Yes. Tracehome works with AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol — Claude, ChatGPT and others. Connect one and you can ask about your warranties, documents and trade history from wherever you already talk to it. You choose exactly which records it can see when you approve the connection, and one click in Settings disconnects it. Setup steps: Ask any AI about your home.
