Tracehome Passport

Use Tracehome from inside ServiceM8 on the job — show homeowners a QR link and property history without opening a browser.

What you get on each job

  • Handover QR — homeowner scans to claim the job on their free dashboard
  • Property history at the job address
  • Welcome PDF added to the Job Diary when the job completes

How to install (pilot)

The add-on isn't in the public ServiceM8 store yet. For the Western Australia pilot we enable it on your account manually — usually same day.

  1. Email hello@tracehome.com.au with your ServiceM8 company name and account email.
  2. We enable the add-on on your account and reply with confirmation.
  3. In the ServiceM8 mobile app, open a job → Job Actions → Tracehome Passport.

Want the web dashboard too?

The add-on handles on-site handovers. Create a Tracehome account separately if you also want matched bookings, Stripe payouts, and handover management from your browser.
